Internships

CALM provides internship opportunities for individuals interested in Early Childhood Education or Education (general).

In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our team operates, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further their interest in early childhood education and social emotional development. The intern works hand in hand with everyone on our team (program director, admin, coaches, community partners) and has the opportunity to go out in the field and participate in our outreach events and workshops.

All assignments add value to our program and to your development as a professional in the field of your choosing, not just early childhood. 

Intern Qualifications

  • Required Background Screening 

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision

  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
